I had bought some studio wireless beats headphones(379.99) and got the protection plan(49.99) for two years. 10 months and where you fold them it broke on one side. I use them atleast 4 days a week for gym so they have been nothing but good. I went to the Pasadena best buy since it was by my job to get them fixed. I didn't care for trading them in or anything I waited in line to be told that the plan doesn't cover that. We have been to Best Buy THREE times this weekend - got talked into buying a toshiba laptop, first one cracked screen, second one dvd player wouldn't find disc....and simply wanted to get a Vaio at the price it was yesterday. The manager JOE would not even come to the front to speak with us about the situation. Ended up getting a complete refund and buy bye, Best Buy! I'd rather pay an extra $100 and shop at office depot.

I set up a online pick up order to this store and when i went to pick up my item the store was an absolute joke. There was no management presence or control of the way the store was being ran at all, it reminded me of my high school cafeteria at lunch time. There were several check out lanes closed (even though it was busy) but everywhere you went there were employees standing around talking not doing anything.
