I came here with questions regarding my account, specifically with questions about my Best Buy credit card. Tracie was very unhelpful and super dismissive. She was very unprofessional and ignored me a few times, definitely won’t be coming back to this location. The manager that came over was super nice and helped out, and Tracie just stared at us like she was mad we ruined her day by walking into the store.
They definitely have a wide variety of things you can buy here, much more than electronics. I went there today to look at TV's since mine apparently needed to have the LED backlights changed out since had a black vertical column on one part of the screen. I went there specifically to look at the actual picture of a Samsung TV I had researched. They did have that TV on display even though it was a different size than I had wanted.
