Great store. Everything has great pricing.
When I brought in my laptop initially, they said it would take 10 minutes max to work on. I then did not get a call for 5 hours saying it was finished. The guy who took my laptop was very rude and not helpful at all. Also, I have come in twice to simply pick up my laptop that was worked on and have sat waiting for 15+ minutes each time without being helped. There have been Geek Squad members walk by and not offer to help. The one guy at the desk is taking his sweet time with the other customer here. Horrible customer service... read more
So far we have been taken care every time we have purchased products and/or dealt with their service dept
They have the worst costumer service I have experienced. I went in to get help with my Dell computer and they treated me terribly. My computer is only 5 months old and the hinge has already cracked. They talked very badly to me. Never have I been treated so poorly at any store. I will never shop there again!
