These people sell the service plans but don't honor them. Other stores do. I bought a 50" Samsung Plasma that does 1080p, 3 HDMI ports, 1 PC connection and was 3D ready. I has some pixel issues and the in home service tech said they need to replace my TV. I go into this 75th st store and they wanted to replace it with a 51" Samsung 720p with only 2 HDMIs, 0 PC connections and is NOT 3D ready. I paid 1229 initially for my TV. No matter what department I have shopped in I have received great service. Their people are knowledgeable and have helped me with all my electronic needs. I am especially impressed with their geek squad. Every time I have come in with a question or needed a repair. They have been extremely helpful. They are also very good with returns and warranties. I highly recommend this store!!!!!
Called twice at 11:00 AM on a Tuesday. Ring, ring, ring... couldn't get anyone to answer. I'll call Radio Shack instead.
