Dude was totally full of lies and deception. Ran a diagnostic check on phone worked fine told me no issues. Took phone in back to do a battery replacement. 40 minutes later phone was broke and 20 year old told me it was my fault!!! Manager said phone was worked on by third party and this caused phone to break? Geek in back ripped open phone in a hurry causing internal wires to break and tried to deter his total incompetence on a made up excuse!!! Run away from this store!!!!
