I was looking around in the electronic department for about 20 minutes and not one salesperson asked if I need any assistance. Not at all happy with my experience at this Schaumburg location. I notice everyone was by the televisions. I will not be returning to this store in the future!!!
I purchased the Television against the order number BBY01-806893808959 - LG 77" TV online on December 23rd with the order to be picked up on December 24th along with Wall Mount. To my surprise when my son went in December to pick up the television, he was told that the television had been picked up by us.
