I was looking around in the electronic department for about 20 minutes and not one salesperson asked if I need any assistance. Not at all happy with my experience at this Schaumburg location. I notice everyone was by the televisions. I will not be returning to this store in the future!!!
I purchased the Television against the order number BBY01-806893808959 - LG 77" TV online on December 23rd with the order to be picked up on December 24th along with Wall Mount. To my surprise when my son went in December to pick up the television, he was told that the television had been picked up by us. RecommendedNot sure where to go, I walked in with a myriad of family computer related issues. Met a gentleman named Brenden, then Jen, who not only had answers, but did something unfounded in today’s onerous environment: they treated me like a real person, and not like a customer but like a neighbor! GO GEEK SQUAD! For over month, they have squared us away with repairs and sage HONEST counsel. It is a proud moment that I share the human kindness I received from these fine people. ON a 1-10 scale, I give them a 10.
they don't staff teammembers at the return station. We asked if we could speak to a manager and they sent security instead. what kind of best buy is this?? I guess this is why its better to shop on Amazon.

I purchased a monitor online with I stole pick up. I was given an open box item. Store referred me to call 888 Best Buy after an hour on the call I was told to go to the store. I am avoiding stores since I have a new baby. The box also has the open item sticker on it. Terrible customer service @bestbuy and I will be returning the monitor to get a refund.
Bought a $1000 plus product from Best Buy on june 26, 2020. Here we are three months later product doesn’t work and Best Buy service just hangs up on us. Shop elsewhere. I get to throw out my three month old TV tomorrow and go get a new one from amazon or Newegg!!!! Thanks @bestbuy

Trying to call and schedule service for a remote start that is not working which was installed by Best Buy is like pulling teeth!! 45 minutes later and got nowhere!! I had all of the paperwork, receipts, make and model of the remote start and nothing got accomplished!! Now I will be visiting the store because the gentleman I spoke with was clueless!! Go somewhere else!!
