Ugh. I went to buy a new PC. Best Buy had a HUGE selection of 5. Yep, 5. Same with Office Depot, and Walmart. So disappointed. I guess I will have to go through Amazon. Ugh.
RecommendedWe have been in several times over the past few months to upgrade our phones, buy Apple watches, get noise cancelling headphones, accessories and such. We also just went in today to get a new computer system for our at-home business. Both times we have had the pleasure of having “Rad” assist us with all of our needs. Hector Claudio - General Manager of Arlington Heights IL store should not hold a role of general manager. He is very arrogant with "Whatever" attitude. This is not acceptable and after my experience I prefer to take my personal and business purchases elsewhere. He is refusing to accept responsibility for Best Buy mistake.
As much as I would like to say I like Best Buy, I am having my first bad experience with the store in Arlington Heights, Il. The issue is in the cell phone department on an in store promotion. I have been more than patient in regards to this matter that has lasted more than 8 months so far. And now, realizing that the error was due to the store, I was offered a "take it or leave it".
