Did a pick up and went very well.
Came in to exchange my oura ring for a smaller size- was instantly helped by a gentle men who did the swap for me. I was out within minutes. Super happy!
Never got help and asked several times
Had a geek squad appointment at 1:20PM Wasted ONE HOUR just sitting there because nobody came to help after resetting my item, just left me waiting for Amy. Lucky someone else helped me but I still end up leaving the store with the same problem I came in with.
I had a terrible experience here when I brought my phone in to get a new battery. They worked on it for over two hours, then informed me that the battery they’d put in was “dead on arrival,” so my phone no longer worked. They could not put the old one back in. They had no other batteries.
