I Love BEST BUY. They have numerous techs available to help you. Very knowledgeable about the products I purchased.
Young man today went far and above measures to help me get a particular product. He made sure I was getting the best product for my money after he researched it for me, due to them being out of what I really wanted. In the end, I walked away with a better product than I was going to get. I wish I knew this gentleman's name. He was very kind, extremely respectful, and seemed humbled.
Service is not what it used to be. Everyone is more consumed with conversing with each other than assisting customers. It's like you are bothering them when you ask for help.
It took a hard time finding the item but then we noticed that it needed that to power & work nice checkout workers
