I called to get information on if they had a particular item in stock.
i was having trouble with my computer's performance so i decided to call where i brought it from to see if i had a warranty on the pc , i'm thinking to my self well it should be a breeze to find my purchase because i still have my original receipt, well guess again if you dont have your telephone number they cant look up your purchase crazy isn't it? i'm so use of stores going by there receipt to find all the information, so i wouldn't really recommend best buy i would bring my service to comp usa the next time i decide to b... read more
EXCELLENT all the way around Very knowledgable staff, manager on duty was appreciative of the staff recommendation, bathrooms clean. Products are the latest technology. Order came before promised time. Pickup was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this store for televisions, stereos, camera supplies and equipment, computers and software, dvds, cds. Prices are competitive and normally the lowest. EXCELLENT!
