I accidentally showed up for my appointment a day early. Spoke with a lady about what if my Apple phone is completely broken when I come back tomorrow for the diagnostics? She said I would have to make a separate apt for sales. Well I did. Showed up for apt the next day for my diagnostics (the day I was supposed to show up in the first place) Only to be informed that that apt was for sales only.
