Please do not buy from best buy. I ordered online Samsung -Galaxy Tab A and Easystore hard drive .Both of them were broken within 4 weeks.So I went to the store but I was surprised that they told me that I have not ordered it from them and they refused to replace the items.They deleted both of them from my account and refused to help. I showed them the receipts but they did not help.The bad thing in the story are the people who work there and how they treat me in disrespectful way. Please do not buy from them please.
