The people that work in King of Prussia store are rude. I won’t buy anything from there anymore. There are too many other stores that appreciate my business. It’s also impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Used to be such a great store

Bought an oven in November and still has not been delivered or installed. Keep getting the run-around whenever we called. We have paid for this and are offered no compensation for our time and the very poor service.
My son and I stayed overnight in hopes of getting a Nintendo NES classic that is impossible to get anywhere. The daytime store manager made the experience a positive one and helped all of us in such a sweet caring way. I would recommend this store for all of your Bedt Buy Products.
The only people to contact me were 2 people people from the gaming department, I was in a the store for almost an hour looking and speakers in magnolia, no one talked to me. And the two people people that walked into the studio room I was didnt say anything to me. Thank god bose was in the mall
