Well never had any problems with Best Buy we had made some good friends along the way. We are sad that Olathe Ks. Store is closing the next store to us is 30 min away not like that. We are Elite members for many years sad we have go another store.

My husband and I went in to purchase new kitchen appliances. We had a list and were ready to buy. Waited almost 25 minutes. Walled around looking for any associate. The one we did see was busy on his phone and didn't offer to move from his seat or to acknowledge us in any way. We ended up leaving with nothing and went to another location. Last night I bought a movie online and went to pick it up at the store. There was problems scanning my purchase but the transaction was completed. I went home. Realized it was the wrong movie and went to return it. The same cashier helped me out. We joked about the previous issues and she went to get the correct movie. She spoke with the supervisor Tyler about what she needed to do. The supervisor then went to get the new movie.
