Very frindy employees its a best buy found what I was looking for and bought the item
I purchased a new television, mounting bracket, soundbar, and full installation service from Best Buy. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday with a 12-hour arrival window—from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.—so I took the entire day off work to be present. ( important note,Drew our salesman, was wonderful to work with. Thank you Drew for a great sales experience.) No one wants to help you here anymore except loss prevention.... once you get inside good luck finding help.
Had what I was looking for, but waited in line to check out over 15 minutes . They had only 1 cashier and she was explaining something to a couple. After someone complained to the manager, they finally got another cashier to get things moving. Ridiculous to wait that long to check out. Update: 9/8/26 Took in 2 obsolete computers for recycling ♻️. Online it said charge of $29, gentleman just took them, said no charge! A very nice surprise 😀
The employees were not very helpful and didn't seem like they wanted to help anyone.
