My partner's iPhone17 died and wouldn't take a charge or start back up. We went to the Geek Squad desk and talked with Brandon (I think that was the name!). He knew immediately what the issue was and how to fix it. He said this has happened a ton of times and we just needed to charge it differently to get it going. It was a simple fix so he didn't charge us for his time.
