Had a great experience today with Jason of Car Electronics who listened to how I use my car instead of assuming what I needed--and knowing what would work with my obsolete Saturn Vue. Kudos for knowledge and honesty.
You rang my purchase under someone else's RZ account, corporate won't give me my points even though I have the certificate that they emailed to my email address, with my name on it... it's invalid because my RZ number doesn't match? I guess this is what happens when you fire good people to hire cheaper labor.
I always have the worst luck at this place. Tried to exchange a coffeepot that had a protection plan. Canto do it because they don or have the product anymore. This place should shut down! Trying to exchange a tv with a protection plane as well... don't even. Take your business somewhere els!!! This place is bullshit!
