I'm glad thats over. I bought a Laptop from best buy a little over a year ago. When I bought it I also bought the Accidental Damage warranty. Sales people who don't care & ZERO customer service after the sale! I went to Best Buy to purchase a new computer. I told the salesperson I had an expensive HP 7410 All-In-One Printer/Scaner/Fax. I even showed him what I had because, I wanted to make sure that the computer I purchased would be compatible. Well, I bought an emachine w/windows vista. Chauvinistic; but helpful after they knew I had money Remember the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts is ignored in an expensive shop because she doesn't look like she has a lot of money?
