I put in a pickup order around 9am today for a great quality soundbar. I drove from out of town and arrived at the store at 11:30 which was about the same time I got an email saying my order was ready to pick up. I looked around for a bit and went up about 12 to pick up my order and they said they were still getting the soundbar from the back and it would be around 30 minutes. RecommendedMy husband and I had a stove delivered this morning by Abdel Bruguera and Eddie. They were both very professional, personable, and careful. The gentleman are exactly the type of stellar employees I would want representing my company. I was however disappointed they refused my $40 tip. These guys were very gracious and admently declined. I am very upset. I spent a grand on a new computer at this specific store and I went in tonight to do some shopping. A big guy in a yellow shirt with red hair would not let me leave through the main doors even though I made it to the entrance before 9pm (closing time). I had to walk all the way through the mall with heavy bags. Not okay!

Poor return policy. We purchased a USB adapter while on the road (at another Best Buy). The adapter didn't work with our card, and after getting home (and making the drive to Grand Island, the nearest town with a Best Buy) we went to return it - 21 days after purchase, which is evidently a whole 6 days past the restrictive 15 day window for returns. "Nothing we can do about it" was the response from customer service. In the world of e-commerce I would think a strength of brick and mortar would be more flexible and convenient... read more
Was bummed to travel to your store from out of town to get a fireplace tv mount and find out that you're not carrying them. Even though you get "people coming in all the time asking for them" (said by one of your employees) maybe that's a clue to order some? Especially if people are constantly coming in to get them!! Come on guys, think!
