no customer service – The one review was right i called and no one answered
they never, ever, answer thier phone, ever!!!! – Best Buy never answers thier phone. Very frustrating when you have a general question. Instead I have to track all the way over there. I think they do this on purpose just to get people to come to thier store. I have news for them now I go to HHGregg. Prediction Best Buy closes all stores by Feb of 2013 just like the big Home stores.

High prices This Best Buy always seems to price things higher than retail value. The staff also seem to annoy you constantly asking if you're interested in buying a new computer and they persist even if you tell them no. Whenever you DO need assistance with something there never seems to be any employees around to help. You end up walking across the store to get assistance. They also have trouble having ink cartridges and DVD-Rs in stock. PROS: Extended warranties CONS: Horrible prices, bad service

Computer- Repair I took my compag computer here. I had a tune up done on the computer. Ever since they done a tune up on the computer the computer is mixed up. I keep getting the blue screen and all of the windows98 doesn't load
