Customer service is bad. My son bought a tv last night. When he got home and opened the box the screen was broke. He took it back to exchange it and the manager would not make it right. I have been a loyal customer for years and was the one who recommended Best Buy to my son. He has purchased 3 tv’s and a tablet already this year. He works hard and is a honest person. Just need Best Buy to make this right.
The management here is terrible. Bought a new TV, opened it at home and it was already damaged. They refused to exchange or refund my money. Said that I damaged it buy opening it. They don't care about the customers. According to the Corporate person I talked to, they must return or replace the TV with damage within 24 hours. I returned it within 1 hour of purchase.
Recommendedbest buy takes advantage of you if you aren't tech savey. and then management blows you off.
Clear Stream antenna is a horrible product that did not get good reception and blocked our cellphone calls. Best Buy only offers a 15 day warranty and told me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me they offer a 90 day warranty if I had purchased it from them and told me to contact Best Buy! Best Buy will not even offer me a gift card and I purchased it on the Best Buy crest card and I only had it for 35 days. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!
I found it quite horrible to give a family of 6 one of the nes classic game, they all got out of one truck and all got back into the same truck, then there was a family of 3 who got out of a black car and all got the nes classic, GREEDY PEOPLE ruin the holidays
This best buy continues to disappoint me. 3rd times a charm i guess. On black Friday they only have 1 person in store to activate cell phones. Ill take my business somewhere else.
