These techs are CLOWNS at best. I expected water to shoot out of their ties at any moment. Save your money and be good to your blood pressure - go someplace else.
Treated like a criminal – My husband and I could not decided exactly what computer to buy and so with our own admission, did several returns and exchanges at different Best Buys. When my husband attempted to either return or exchange our last item, he was treated like a criminal and was humiliated beyond belief by one of the managers at this Best Buy. Absolutely horrible service. If you can get someone to answer your call, you're doing better than me. . If you like being told someone will assist you in 5 - 10 minutes and waiting 30 - you'll love these guys. If you like waiting 8 hours for a car alarm to be installed after being told it was a 3 hour job - give these guys a try!
I'll never step foot inside again! – Where do I start? I went in last year to have an alarm installed. Showed up for my appointment and was told to come back in three hours. After three hours - the guy hadn't even started. After five, I told the installer to remove everything - I was leaving. He told me it would take him an hour to finish or an hour to uninstall. Shocking Service! I have tried again and again to allow Best Buy to impress me - or even satisfy me and I go away disgusted every time. If you like calling and receiving no response - you'll love Best Buy. If you like being told someone will assist you in 5 - 10 minutes and waiting 30 - this is your store.
