just had the worst possible experience at Best Buy today June 5, 2020. Went shopping at that store and was informed that I needed a appointment (just to go shopping😡🤬) and it was required that I know exactly what I wanted. And those people 🤬🤬 told me I had to leave. I do understand by the limit on the number of people in the store. But being turned away at the door for not knowing exactly what I wanted and not having an appointment is totally unsatisfactory.. 🤬😡🤬🤬🤬
Service sucks just wants you to keep coming back
Staff is always helpful and I always come out with what I need
Worst service and return policies. 1 day past 15 day return policy and no exception could be made. � Bought several things here in past but never will again.
It is a horrible store very little selection the managers suck! they sell junk that is defective and when you take it back they expect you to wait seven days for a refund for something that does not work!! I will never go back to Best Buy
