RecommendedI don't even know where to start! We had the best experience at best buy!!! Dustin the AT&T rep gave us the best customer service we've ever had anywhere!!! I have AT&T and I wanted to get on my fiancée plan on Verizon so he helped me with that and got me on Verizon! He was very very friendly and got the job done! He knew what he was doing!!! I will go back to the minot best buy everytime I need something because of him!!! Thanks Dustin at best buy for everything you did today!!!
Worst customer service!!! I have to leave a 1 star I would rather leave zero star rating. I understand during this time of pandemic. But when you schedule an appointment online with a time to come in and get a phone screen and wanted to look at updating my galaxy watch. So we drive an hour to come to our appointment to be told we can't go inside, then people walk out from having an appointment as we did. The customer service is awesome. They always take the time to assist with questions on your electronics..even if you didn’t purchase them at Best Buy. Their products are reasonably priced, and they have a great selection. Please check out Best Buy before buying from your cell phone or internet carrier. The customer service will take care of your needs.
Just found out the insurance I purchased for my son's phone was put on my phone and just spend an hour on the phone with the geek squad then billing was told "sorry, nothing we can do about it!" So yes, Best Buy has lost another customer!! Don't trust their mobile department!!
