This has to be the worst experience. Trying to contact them on the phone to check on a order because the online way is not affected... They never answer the phone and will hang up on you once u have been waiting on the phone for over 30mins. I’m on my 4th time calling today and I don’t want to take the 2 and a half hour drive for nothing.
Improve customer service.....hire intelligent people!!!!
I had a horrible experience I asked for consideration on a defective sound bar the manager refused any consideration I asked him if a he was willing to lose a very good customer he stated he didn’t care if I came back and walked away
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Purchased a gift card for our son and now they put stipulations on what you can buy and can’t buy with a gift card. Way to fail Best Buy. I WILL never spend another dollar with your company.

Terrible service!!! This is why we order from Amazon
We were overcharged for a Kindle Fire and came back today to rectify the mistake and was told by "JJ" the store manager that unless we had proof that she wasn't going to make the $10 correction. She made us feel like we were making up a mythical price to scam the store out of a few bucks when it was the store's mistake in the first place. We had to make a special trip to take care of this.
