The process began with a friendly and knowledgeable representative who provided great information. During the service, we had a fantastic experience with a team member who was equally friendly and informative. They took the time to walk me through my home, pointing out the current buildup in the ducts, and educated me on the importance of air duct cleaning. The team that assisted us with our air duct cleaning was incredibly polite and courteous. There were no surprises; everything went exactly as we were informed it would. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Although it has only been a day since the service was completed, the air does seem less dusty! We are very pleased with the team we worked with and will definitely recommend them to our neighbors. This was a straightforward, hassle-free, and pleasant experience!
Walter was very polite and arrived on time. He and his trainee did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts, vents, and dryer vent. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly to our dog. We would definitely recommend their air duct cleaning services again!
