Kelly is the best and very knowledgeable. I’ve been dealing with Kelly since 2020, and he’s the best person to go to if there’s anything wrong with your vacuum. My vacuum’s brush head wasn’t working properly and was making a squeaky noise. He fixed it free of charge, and the second time, he even gave me a brand-new brush head without charging a single penny. Tim and Kelly went above and beyond to find a compatible keypad for my older alarm system. Even delivered to the Surrey location for a quick and convenient pick up. Also made sure I had connectors and cable to install. Would definitely recommend this business and Tim’s customer service!
