Not good experience I have issue with my central vacuum which is only 5 year old Beam when I call for repair they said $150 for the call service but if u bring machine at store we can check and free but I need home service I don’t want later more issue then the guy came my house and check the machine he said machine is not good any more if repair $400 +service charge i said should be under warranty then he call to the store they said Beam is bankrupt no more warranty but other side they selling beam how they can do that unde... read more
Kelly is the best and very knowledgeable. I’ve been dealing with Kelly since 2020, and he’s the best person to go to if there’s anything wrong with your vacuum. My vacuum’s brush head wasn’t working properly and was making a squeaky noise. He fixed it free of charge, and the second time, he even gave me a brand-new brush head without charging a single penny. Tim and Kelly went above and beyond to find a compatible keypad for my older alarm system. Even delivered to the Surrey location for a quick and convenient pick up. Also made sure I had connectors and cable to install. Would definitely recommend this business and Tim’s customer service!
