Had great immediate repair service for an overhead garage door sensor from Ankit and Best Built in Centre’s service department. So nice to see a company that actually cares about its customers. Great job!

Since we lived farther away we were able to speak and email pictures with Terry to diagnose the vacuum problem so the part could be ordered. It turned out to be a bigger problem but I was able to wait while everything was looked at. Was so happy to leave with a working vacuum hose! Had amazing service
I'm sure when they were in Coquitlam we posted a great review. But they moved. New owners? New staff? Don't know but we couldn't even find them. We talked to three people there to arrange some repairs and not one of them mentioned they had moved. So we went to the website address. The store was empty. We called and the person rattled off the address so fast I had to have her repeat it at least 5 times as we were in the car, nothing to write with which I told her repeatedly.
