My beam built in vacuum would not shut off even after doing all the testing. I went to Best Build in Centre and asked to see a technician. After explaining the problem, Tim suggested my system could have a vac pan that is open. Sure enough, that was the problem. Great person for helping me out, awesome Company !

We had a wonderful experience with Best Built-In when we got them to upgrade our security system. The customer service was outstanding, and dealing with YuQiu Zhang was wonderful. The installer, Bo, was polite, professional and very patient in explaining all the features of the alarm system. We found the company to be very reasonable in dealing with our requests and we did not feel pressured by any over-selling. Highly recommend the company and the staff.
