Went in last weekend to make a large purchase. The staff was so rude inside and said "Well did you even drive in the back and see what we had." The back guy quoted bricks at 8.00 but when he looked them up they were 2.36. Called the Kamiah store where they looked up what I was looking for, told me how many they had in stock and made me feel welcome! So I drove to Kamiah and made my purchase and I will continue to drive the extra miles for the great customer service this store lacks (and they have lacked it more than once).
Great lumberyard/ hardware store; it's a pity that people of a certain age cannot problem solve, or adapt to a variety of situations.
Gotta adore these smalls towns. Small town store employees sure go out of thier way with heart helping out, thier customers. Special full shout out blast to the lady n gentlemen that did thier best to me out. Trying get one of pressure washer guns to be able to connect straight to garden hose. Much appreciated you two. Still a joyfully customer.
