The bud tender I had was great. It was the woman working with him who was rude. She took the menu tablet from us while i was looking at it so she could help her customer who came in after me, and told us there should be another tablet somewhere else to use. She ended up giving it back, but to take it from me while I was reading it was very disrespectful to not only me, but her co worker, the bud tender who was helping me as well.
Have to update my previous review, have been a regular for a year and a half. Was met with a whole new staff today. Will still be a regular customer, but it hurts to see. Mario and his staff made this place great. That said, the regional manager made an effort to make sure I was taken care of today, and I can see the attempt to try to make something good out of a bad situation. Let's see what this store does going forward. 💜
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Terrible ownership, terrible upper management, and terrible weed. Don't let the great reviews fool you, a penny joint is rewarded for reviews. Also the "living soil" is quickly killed by shitty salt based nutrients. A whole store got fired for using reward points on top of employee discounts..although there is no employee handbook saying you couldn't do that. Don't shop here!
That's so AI operated that you guys can't reply to a customer when they are saying you lost your best work I will not be shopping at that location
