Do not use this company. They trimmed tree, but not as it should be trimmed. My brother, who worked for a reputable tree service years ago, told me that they should have cut back broken branches to trunk. They only cut off where branches broke off. He called Best Budget Tree Service, but Jeremy did not return his call. After two weeks, I called Jeremy and voiced my concern about the potential tree rot. Jeremy came out and gave us a great price on a tree removal job. Crew took it down quickly and ground the stump. We will definitely be using them again.
If I could give a 0 then I would. I received an estimate from this man after sending pictures of the two trees, with detailed explanation of their location. He came to the property and left me an estimate. I accepted, scheduled the service. His men showed up and he called me and increased the estimate by 500$. I reluctantly agreed. His men used some machines that they drove on my lawn leaving gouges in the lawn, tearing up the grass and breaking two fence slats.
