This is the worst Job ever done on my dogs... Olga did not follow directions, and made my Pomeranian look like terriers.... Then she didn't have any change when I paid her...her van was very dirty, not clean at all, and now both of my dogs are itching... If you want your long haired dog body shaved for summer go ahead and use Olga ... but other then that please don't waste your money... I even asked her if she knew how to trim Poms...! Very upset! No professional, is late to appointments or just doesn't show. I scheduled a standing appointment with here for every other Saturday, she didn't keep it and won't tell you shes going to be late or not show up at all. I don't recommend. Find someone who will show up on time or atleast has the common courtesy of calling to say they won't make it or going to be late.
This lady did an exceptional job for my standards, the whole thing was only 20 dollars, she refused a tip which was a plus. I referred her to my Niece
I live in Cerritos. And close to the 605. My dog is alway coming up dirty. I use Best Buddies monthly, and Henry always comes out clean and smelling better than when he entered Olga's van. Henry is a good guy, but he isn1t the neatest dog I have had. Olga once saw a potential skin problem and alerted me to get to my vet. The problem was caught early on, and no serious problem developed.
