Very rude and ignorant!!!
We’ve taken both of our cats here. We donated on top of the cost both times, and our first cat did well. Today picking up our second cat, my husband and I got stuck at work and was running behind. Patty called me at 4:27 and was completely ignorant. My husband had called to say he’d be like 5 mins late. She was extremely nasty with him. He got there and she was waiting outside. Great place for low cost spay/neuter! Staff were wonderful the day I brought my cat in and nothing went wrong with her being spayed. However, I recently reached out about a service and got a rather nasty and super unprofessional response with unnecessary and unpleasant attitude.
