Devastated! After three months of ordering and returning just searching for THE dress I was at a loss trying to stay within a certain budget, with 3 weeks until the wedding I had no choice but to go to some dress shops. Workers were very nice, professional and quick to help when needed. They are better than any chain suit and tux store. They will treat you like family.

The young lady that waited on me was pleasant. The service overall was lacking and apathetic. Their attitude for men renting tux, ‘can’t see it from my house.’ I was in a wedding, traveling in from another state. All of the wedding party rented our tuxes there. I was measured by a 20 year professional suit man and followed the instructions to a T on their form, yet my tux did not fit. Started out being so helpful for bride to be, then everything changed!! Dress wasn't the one they said they would order, then when final fitting came, there was a button missing! The lady who does alterations made the comment, "oh I was so hoping you wouldn't notice that"!!! It's so sad when a business tries to take advantage of young brides! Always remember, your lies will catch up to you! Praying you do better!!!
