I want to recommend Luke from Best Bricks and Pavers, after coming to quote my entertaining area for pavers yesterday. He was polite and asked a whole bunch of questions about what WE wanted to achieve, unlike the other company, who were pushy and didnt get the job! Luke made great suggestions on what type of pavers to use and why, also the colours that suit and why. We were so impressed with the salesman from Best Bricks and Pavers, we have given them the job. Highly recommend this company.
I would like to highly recommend Best Bricks and Pavers. Luke the Sales Rep was on time, super knowledgeable and honest about what we could and couldn't achieve with our driveway. He gave us three options of different designs and pavers we could use and they all sounded amazing. The Charcoal colour in 45 degree Herringbone pattern is what we felt would look the best and Luke agreed and explained why it was a popular design. Terrible service. Had to chase them three times for my deposit.
Disgusting company…. I’m so angry at the moment… I ordered a specific paver and colour… there was a delay of about 8 weeks so they offered an alternate paver with a larger speckle… both myself and the person on the phone to them confirmed the colour was definitely the same and we were assured it was… when the arrived not only are they the wrong colour but they also don’t have the large speckle… they will not take them back or refund…. Had a great experience with Best bricks had a sale rep call about pavers my wife enquired about, he was easy going and very knowledgeable about what would work in our situation. He even took the time out to call past our house and gave advice on the colour that would suit my house. Has made our choice easier
