What started off as good purchase quickly went south when I received a fragrance that had leaked and damaged the bottle. When I contacted them via email they said they need picture proof and when that was provided they then wanted me to send it back on my own dime, which I did thinking they would then send me another one, NOPE! then have the audacity to charge me a restocking fee which I would mind IF it was my fault (ie) ordering the wrong fragrance, but that wasn't the case. Absolutely, cheap smelling alternatives to premium brands. Better make sure you know this because you'll pay for return shipping. You get what you pay for and some are decent.
I ordered a fragrance through the TikTok shop on June 7th. I’ve received all other fragrances ordered on that day with constant notifications throughout the packaging and shipping process but haven’t received anything from this company. Purchased a few fragrances figured it would be legit after waiting almost a month NO fragrances and then received a partial refund! I never cancelled the order if you’re going to cancel! then give me my full refund makes no sense! Be careful with this company
