My daughter had good experience at Best brain location in friendswood with Ms McKayla. After she left, this location is closed for renovations since Dec/chrismas break 2024. There is lack of communication of when it will open and when missed classes with be scheduled again. There seems to be lack of communication and hence we had to withdraw from here. I messaged them to ask for refund for the classes she missed and they ignore the text. If they improve their communication skills, we may reconsider joining.
