I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience. I got crochet curls done, and within less than 24 hours one came out. The next day, another one fell out. I’ve had to keep tightening the hair myself just to maintain the style, which shouldn’t be happening. When I reached out, there was little to no accountability, and I was told it was the hair. This is my first time here and I am over the moon pleased with everything. I got my hair washed and crochet braids. The service is top notch. I was exceptional pleased with Ieasha. I witnessed a young client only wanting Ieasha to do her hair. Sge was willing to wait for her only. That made me so happy. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I’ve been to Best Braids in Hiram twice within the last couple of months for the exact same matural hair braids. The first visit was $75, and I even left a tip. When I returned recently, I was quoted $85 for the same service with no explanation for the increase. It also felt as though the tip had already been included in the price, which wasn’t communicated.
