Owner is not pushy. He makes suggestions and respects your opinion. He isn't afrad to tell you that on some things it makes sense to wait when you are moving into a new home and just don't know what you want to do in some areas. The tech that came out and put up the shades we ordered was very friendly and let me know i could text him at any point if i had questions, etc.
Tyler was my installer and did a great job. Explained how to operate and clean my blinds. I got the washable. I love the look and amount of privacy it offers me. Top notch service from quote to installation.
The installers were so helpful and kind. They cleaned up and ask if there was anything else that they could do. I would use them again
