They have created a fire hazard in my home. Their company has been out 3 times to measure and this is the final result. Cannot open our doors out onto the deck. The last installer that created this disaster was rude to myself, my husband, and 4 other PROFESSIONALS we had working in our home. I spoke with Stacy last week and they were suppose to show up yesterday to at least remove this fire hazard. No one ever showed up.

Came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing vertical blinds after seasonal tenants left and blinds were not closing right. Told me they were broken and had to be replaced. Lucky I didn't go for it. About six months later I called in someone else. He fixed them by easily twisting them back in shape. A few were just the wrong way. No repairs or replacements needed. Wow.
