Came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing vertical blinds after seasonal tenants left and blinds were not closing right. Told me they were broken and had to be replaced. Lucky I didn't go for it. About six months later I called in someone else. He fixed them by easily twisting them back in shape. A few were just the wrong way. No repairs or replacements needed. Wow. The entire experience was perfect start to finish. The staff was professional, the quality of my plantation shutters is the best I’ve ever seen and she matched the trim color in my house perfectly. The installers were also amazing!
