I don't post bad reviews, but i am forced to this time 1. Waited for 3 weeks for these blinds, they all came defective, the valances were bubbled more or less all of them. I guessed the fabric was not glued to the facia of the shades properly. Jonathan started installation and installed 4 out 20 of these defective shades. I stopped him. 2. Jonathan uses Somfy wireless system to operate the shades with the phone. I think Somfy is a non functional piece of garbage system as the reviews state on Amazon. 3. What makes Jonathan and Best Blinds better than everyone else out there isn’t just the price, which is great, or the quality of work, which is strong, but the service, which is unbeatable. I got quotes from five other companies, and I was always dealing with a sales person who then promised to pass me along to an installation crew, who would then connect me to customer service if there were issues, blah blah blah. We needed shutters and I'm really glad Best Blinds was one of the companies we got an estimate from. Not only did they have the best price but the company's owner, Jonathan, personally showed up and made sure to talk through all of our options for choosing shutters (had no idea there were so many colors to choose from -- we opted for white. Best Blinds was great to work with. I recommend to those who need window treatments.
