I bought a Quoss 7700 over 3 and a half years ago. The owner, Jim Kwon, was extremely helpful and the bidet was everything and more than we expected. And the price was very competitive. I will definitely come back in the future and have recommended to others.
Bought my 1st bidet (Quoss 7700) after much research. Bought after normal working hours, great customer service. Delivery in 2 business days. Installed myself. Product itself is well worth it đź‘Ť
(call before visiting as it is his home) Nice guy, spent time with us, and had several models on display. All well priced, Korean-made Quoss bidets. I was skeptical at first, but bought the 7700 model. After a week of use, it's becoming part of the family.
Went there trying to buy a bidet. Read the only review and knew it is operating from a garage. Fair enough that shouldn’t be a problem. What a waste of time this was. Being an engineer, I figured out a few key things to ensure the Bidet would fit my toilet. The seller keeps claiming it will fit, without checking with me the position of toilet seat bolts.
