I called to ask them to work on two machines I acquired from a business I bought . I never received a call back. I did receive an email almost a week after I called that simply said "sorry we can not help you at this time" ??!! what does that mean!? no explanation . I called and asked again and they told me it was because I had not bought the machines new. again!! WHAT!? I guess when you are only one of a very few that does this work then you can treat customers however you want.
