This company charged me over 3k to get repairs done so I could pass a WOF. I paid the amount and they couldn't fix all the repairs even though they were paid for it. I asked for a refund on the part they couldn't repair that took another month before being refunded and to get my WOF passed. Eventually the WOF was passed without full work completed, I'm not sure how that happened? Fast forward a year for another WOF and I failed for the same part - the steering rack.
