Sales fake human hair. I bought what I thought was human hair from the brand Onyx. I washed the hair per instructions and the elwatwr rain black. The hair is dyed. DONT NOT COME HERE FOR HUMAN HAIR. I asked if I bought another pack to prove its dyed would he refund me. I was told no. The asian man "owner" refused insisting the hair was not dyed. Lost a customer of 9 yrs
My second time here and service is terrible! I walked right back out. The lady is ALWAYS on the phone & has it on speaker for everyone to hear. This is why our people have a hard time progressing in buisness because a lot of us do not understand the customer is your boss and always evaluating your performance.
My wife loves this shop. She seems to find everything she needs at a fair price. The service is quick and kind.
