For years this was my go to until I went to get my nose ring that I purchased that was not put in my bag by the cashier, Kyoung Lee on 9/21/2025. I’ve been shopping there since they opened. Never again. I do not trust a dishonest business. Period.
Been coming here since we moved to Greenville in 2002 and have never had an issue. I've browsed the other two shops further down Memorial (heading towards Dickinson) and was not impressed by the customer service or products. The sign on the door says no large bags, and we always walk in with two large bookbags, and place them behind the counter where the merchant stands. Never an issue, just a simple thanks. Attitude goes a long way when dealing with different cultures.

The experience is better since there has been a change in staff. There is alot to choose from.
