Modesto is phenomenal. Being new to the area and looking for a trustworthy barber, I found my man. The atmosphere is relaxed but, extremely personal and professional. I have been taken such good care of by the staff here, especially Modesto! Don’t look anywhere else, this is the spot.

I had my husband do a cut here just today. And it was not great. He wanted a botched haircut from another place fixed and the barber Gio did nothing to fix it. All he used was clippers and rushed him out in 18 mins. It’s quite disappointing to pay for a $25 plus tip only for it to be as bad as it started. The 2 stars are for the ambiance and ease of scheduling.

This review is strictly about the cleanliness and sanitation at this barbershop. I visited with my partner and witnessed something very concerning. The barber accidentally cut my partner in a few places with a razor, then used a reusable blue rag to wipe away the blood. When dealing with bleeding cuts, proper sanitation requires using a single-use, disposables such as an alcohol swab or a sterile wipe that should be discarded immediately after use.
