Not competent and overcharging be aware of overcharging. They were not able to fix my problem and charged more then other shops ( too bad I did not get a quote beforehand).
Excellent Work We were recommend to Best because 2 other places we went to could not find the problem on our vehicle. Best found the problem with in one hour of doing a diagnostic with the proper equipment. The part was replaced and we have been happy ever since. We wouldn't go any where but Best Auto Service. Love You guys they have the best well knowledge guys around. PROS: They keep in touch with you every step of the way CONS:
More than they said We have had our cars in there way too many times. I had never really had a problem until the last car we took to them. It was like they had no idea what was wrong with it. They would fix something, then the next day it was something else. This went on until we decided to have it looked at somewhere else. That was the only bad time. The other times they did great work. I might think twice before going there again. They did have a great mechanic working there, but I think he left.
