Went to look at the japanese imported cars Was told I wasn't allowed to test drive it and they won't show me the documents for the car They said they will let me test drive it if I was interested in the car and all the documents will be given to me when signing the papers. Was only allowed to look at the outside and interior. Best Auto was a distasteful experience and will be pushing my case to fair trading. Lost over 15k thanks to these guys. Said to me for months we will do right by you and compensate so I don’t go to fair trading and all of a sudden, no compensation will be happening. They really shouldn’t be in business.
