0 Stars. WHAT A BIG WASTE OF TIME!! Had a appointment at 9 15 am. Was there at 9 waiting on them to open. I live about 40 miles away. I received a lot of emails and text messages from them. Good . Walked in and told them about my appointment. He said they had a couple of vehicles left from overnight that they needed to finish, and it wouldn't take long. Mine was next in line. Took a little longer than they said it would, come to find out it’s because they were fixing things done improperly by previous shops. The subs sound amazing, very knowledgeable and passionate folks that I worked with. Thanks for an amazing job
Problems with an installed product. So many issues that I had the product removed. The owner worked tirelessly to try to correct the problem, but when the product was defective, he issued refunds and did not charge for the work trying to correct the problems and eventual removal. This is a stand up guy who I strongly recommend if you're in the market for honesty and integrity in a business world all to often out for the buck at the customer's expense.
Dave was able to help me with my issue within minutes! Was able to get seen right away, too. He gave exceptional, efficient, friendly service. Definitely will be a returning customer.
Great place. He went out and beyond for me when the box he got was broken. My system never sounded so amazing when I drive down the roads. What I really loved was the fact him and his dad made a custom cover for my CB. They even install it for me! It works like a Charm when I use it to talk to other truckers. I get a lot of compliments on how professional it looks in my ford. He did an amazing job installing my radio system and I love how the fact he took his time and did it right and not rushing it.
