Car broke down 4 months after buying cash

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!! Purchased a Jeep here April 2022; under warranty (Thank God) only to find out the catalytic converters have been cut and welded poorly. Four months later the best gentlemen says he can’t offer any help. THANKS FOR NOTHING
Customer service at this dealership is nonexistent. Besim Tabaku - sales rep is in particular is one of the worst reps I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There are plenty of other reputable dealers in the area - please go to one of those instead! PS - I’m fairly certain web scammers have bigger targets than small dealerships in SC - but for those of you read these reviews- it has to make you think about the people you are really dealing with who would try to write it off as that instead of dealing with the cust... read more
Very nice gentleman. I put a deposit down but had one other car my mom wanted me to look at. He called and checked in and was very polite. I ended up buying the other vehicle. He refunded my deposit with no problems. It's hard to find honest people let alone honest dealerships. Thank you for a great experience. I'd refer anyone to at least check it out!
