I came in for a simple oil change, and the engine oil was overfilled. It takes less than a minute to look up the correct amount for the exact make and model before starting the job. Instead, the oil level ended up much above the recommended range. Such a stupidity.. Update: I pumped out a little over 1 qt of excess oil using a syringe.
