Overfilled my oil by a quart just like the previous reviewer. I think they just pour 5qt regardless of your car.

Be very wary when bringing in a vehicle for inspection. Make sure you are there to watch and assess their work. If it's a time sensitive inspection, they will take advantage of you and perform work that is unnecessary, charging exorbitant rates in the process. This is common practice among garages on coney island ave, but I had had positive experiences here in the past. Unfortunate to discover that best auto is dishonorable as well.

I came in for a simple oil change, and the engine oil was overfilled. It takes less than a minute to look up the correct amount for the exact make and model before starting the job. Such a stupidity.. Update: I pumped out a little over 1 qt of excess oil using a syringe. No carfax report after a week later. And they reset my odometer trip for no reason. By the way, their sign says that they do wheel balancing, but they do not provide this service. Complete mess.
